Bachmann

Bachmann has been designing removable buildings and hangars for 60 years. In 1973, Bachmann developed the first mobile aircraft hangar for jets and helicopters for use in the field of combat. These consisted of a metal frame that could be quickly erected and covered with a heavy tarpaulin.

A few years later Bachmann designed the first hangars with integrated humidity regulation for the Airbus Group. In the late 1990's the company began a collaboration with TMB, which saw the successful development of pneumatically-controlled tents for the first time. Soon after this the French army became a user of these Bachmann products, and Bachmann and TMB together continue to deliver regular orders to them.

In 2006 Bachmann has joined the Losberger Group, one of the largest manufacturers of tents and mobile shelters in the world, following TMB S.A.'s merger with Losberger.

For decades Bachmann has been supplying civilian emergency and disaster control organisations and the Armed Forces with purpose-built pneumatically-controlled tents and removable hangars.
